This document sets forth the “Agreement” between the “SC Center” and “Services” (collectively,  “SC Center , “SCC” “Services“, and / or “Site”) and the user (“you” or “user“) and use of this Website.

 

By using this “Site”, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this “Agreement”.

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions contained in this “Agreement”, than you are required not to access or otherwise use this “Site” for any other purpose.

The “SC Center ” may, in its sole discretion, modify this Agreement at any time.

 

Purpose of Site and Service

The Spiritual Connection Center Services offers support programs, spiritual consulting sessions and other services to assist participants in the realization of one’s purpose, to understand their position in their relationships, and to awaken their abilities to function confidentially throughout their daily lives.

 

Spiritual Connection Center.org (“Site”) and all “Services ” are provided to those who seek service in helping one to spiritually heal, discover, and maintain spiritual wellness, by the means of; spiritual educational, inspirational messages, and/or spiritual guidance. These services are available only to adults of 18 years of age or older.

Your use of this Site or Service is entirely at your own risk and we offer no guarantees or warranties of any kind.

 

Medical & Healthcare Advice

All advice, information, communication, consultation, services and any other content or guidance provided on and through this Service and Site, including information that may be provided on the Site and other content provided on any linked Site, as defined in this Agreement, is provided solely for informational, inspirational and spiritual advancement purposes only.

You should not use any of the advice, information, communication, consultation, services and any other content or guidance provided on and through this Service and Site for the purpose of diagnosis or treatment of any health issue. You should always consult with your physician, psychologist or other healthcare professional (“Healthcare Professional”), for the treatment of a health problem. You are encouraged to discuss all health-related concerns you may have at any time with your Healthcare Professional regarding diagnosis and treatment options. Be advised that this Service and Site does not offer any guidance or advice regarding pregnancy, births or deaths and we reserve the right not to address these matters when you use the Service and/or Site.

Nature of Service

All advice, information, communication, consultation, services and any other content or guidance provided on and through this Service and/or Site are for educational, inspirational and spiritual advancement purposes only. The aim with all consultations and content is to inspire the user towards greater spiritual growth, personal development and self-help. This Service and/or Site is not aimed at fortune-telling. Any discussions of future events that may arise as a result your use of this Service and/or Site are offered without any guarantees or warranties.

 

Transactions

If you schedule a service or order a product on this Site, your booking appointment will be subject to the terms of our Purchase Policy, which is hereby incorporated into and made part of this Agreement. Please review our Purchase Policy and all other information provided on this Site before making any such booking or purchase.

By submitting payment information in connection with any booking appointment you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

 

Fees and/or payment for all services must be received 48 hours prior to the time of your booking appointment. You have 36 hours should you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, or should we need to cancel your scheduled service or order, you may be offered the option of re-scheduling that appointment. However, if your scheduled booking appointment service is not re-scheduled, the payment we have received from you will be refunded in full by the same transaction upon submitting payment.

 

Refund & Return Policy

The provision of services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, we will refund you in full within seven (7) days. The Spiritual Connection Center, Inc., reserves the right to cancel a service or order for which payment has already been received. Should we exercise this right, you will receive a full refund with no deductions.

 

Privacy Policy

Use of this Site and Service is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated into and made part of this Agreement. By using this Site and/or Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to use information regarding your use of this Site and Service, and any other personal information provided by you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When you choose to schedule a service or order a product we will collect only basic personal information, such as your name, mailing address, phone number and email address. When you visit this Site we also collect non-personal information, such as your IP Address. The IP address reveals nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our site. We may also collect information about the type of Internet browser you are using, operating system, as well as which of our Web pages you have accessed. We only collect personal information from you when you provide it to us.

For example, if you schedule a consultation, we may collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. If you communicate with us regarding our Web site or our services, we will collect any information that you provide to us in any such communication. We further reserve the right to record all readings and consultations conducted by phone or via the Internet for internal record-keeping and legal purposes.

We will never sell or otherwise provide the information we collect to outside third parties for the purpose of direct or indirect mass email marketing. We use your personal information only for our own internal administrative purposes, such as fulfilling requests for information, delivering the services and/or products that you order, and providing customer support. We use non-personal information for internal purposes only, such as maintaining, evaluating, and improving our services and website.

We are obligated to protect your personal information by making reasonable security arrangements against such risks as unauthorized access, use, collection, disclosure or disposal. When consulting with, getting a reading or receiving advice from The Spiritual Connection Center, Inc. and Affiliates you agree to take full responsibility and to bear all liability for your interactions with the advisor or consultant and the results thereof, including but not limited to any disputes, and any mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, psychological, technical, technological, relationship, health-related, career, investment, financial, business, equitable, or legal harm you may suffer in connection with accessing or using this Service or Site. The Spiritual Connection Center, Inc.  will not accept responsibility for any decisions made, or actions taken by you based upon consultations or communications with the Service, or based upon the information contained within this Site. The Spiritual Connection Center, Inc. reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service and Site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Except as otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement, you agree that The Spiritual Connection Center, Inc. and Affiliates shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Site.

You agree that The Spiritual Connection Center, Inc. and Affiliates may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of this Service and Site, without notice, for any conduct The Spiritual Connection Center, Inc., in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of this Agreement or any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of The Spiritual Connection Center, Inc. and Affiliates. All legally applicable sections shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

 

Geographic Limits of Service

The Spiritual Connection Center, Inc. reserves the right, at any time in our sole discretion, to limit the availability and accessibility of the Service or Site to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction we so desire.

 

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire and only Agreement between The Spiritual Connection Center, Inc. s and each user of this Site with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous Agreements, representations, warranties and understandings, written or oral, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.

 

Miscellaneous

The failure of The Spiritual Connection Center, Inc. to insist upon strict adherence to any term of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such term and shall not be considered a waiver or limit that party’s right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to that term or any other term of this Agreement.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim of cause of action arising from or relating to use of this Service or Site or this Agreement must be filed within six (6) months after such claim or cause of action arose, or will be forever barred. The “Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability” provisions of this Agreement are for the benefit of The Spiritual Connection Center, Inc. as defined herein, and each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce these provisions directly against you on its own behalf.
