Cancellation Policy

Please Do Not Book and Pay for an Appointment  if  you do NOT Intend to Keep It.

Read the Terms and Conditions Carefully.

 

Please understand that not showing for a session, workshop, affects valuable appointment time, scheduling time and availability is very limited.
Not showing or cancellation of a workshop or session will hinder another individual from participating in the class scheduled or an appointment session for that day.

Please be mindful and understand valuable time and preparation has gone into preparing for your arrival. If for any reason you feel apprehensive by committing yourself to attend a session or workshop.

Do Not Book An Appointment or Schedule a Workshop at this time. Wait until the time is right so you can fully devote yourself to the experience of learning. The session or workshop is designed to
provide knowledge and the tools needed for your spiritual development.

All Session Appointments and Bookings for Workshops are scheduled on time, so any tardiness (arriving ten (10) minutes late) will result in you losing valuable appointment time.

* On Missed Session or Workshop Scheduled:  If a session or workshop is missed or tardiness has occurred during your scheduled time, you will have the chance to rescheduled at a later date.

 

 

Payments are accepted and payable through PayPal.

You do not need a PayPal Account and can pay for your classes or individual session by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or Bank Debit Card.

Please Note: For all PayPal Payments there is a 3% (three percent) processing and handling charge to process your credit card and this charge will be added to your payment amount.

If you have a PayPal Account, you can pay for your individual session or workshop by the transfer of PayPal Funds with no additional fee.

After payment is received an email will be sent confirming receipt of your payment from us and from PayPal. Once your payment has cleared, The SC Center will notify you by email confirming the time and date of your individual session or dates of attending your workshop.

Change, Cancellations and Missed Appointments for Individual Sessions or Workshop

 

Change… An Existing Appointment

At The Spiritual Connection Center, we prioritize your time and commitment, which is why we have established a strict 36 business-hour Change Policy. This policy ensures that you have the flexibility to reschedule your session or workshop to a new date, as long as you notify us within the required 36 business hours.

To initiate a change to your existing appointment, please remember that it must be done within this timeframe, specifically 36 business hours prior to the scheduled day and time of your appointment.

To make this process as smooth as possible, reach out to us via email at thesccenter@optimum.net or send a text message to 631-569-4930. Depending on our schedule, we will promptly provide you with new date and time options for your appointment. You will receive two choices for your preferred days and times, allowing you to select what works best for you. We kindly ask that you respond to the email or text message with your chosen day and time, so we can confirm your new appointment without delay.

At The SC Center, we understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. That’s why we have a 36-hour Cancellation Policy in place prior to your appointment. 36-hour Cancellation Policy

If you find yourself needing to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 36 hours in advance. This way, we can offer you a full refund and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.

If you need to cancel within the 36-hour window, please note that a fee of $25.00 will apply, as we will have already reserved that time for you.

If you miss an appointment without prior notice, we can still offer a refund, but a fee of $50.00 will be deducted from your Session cost.

At The SC Center, we understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. That’s why we have a 36-hour Cancellation Policy in place prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel within the 36-hour window, please note that a fee of $25.00 will apply, as we will have already reserved that time for you.

If you miss an appointment without prior notice, we can still offer a refund, but a fee of $150.00 will be deducted from your 6 Week Workshop cost this includes a charge of $75.00 for the Online Assessment Fee.

Your journey with us is important, and we want to make sure you have the flexibility you need. You have the flexibility to cancel your Workshop Appointments at any time after your attendance on the day of your appointment.
